“Mr Baudin, what inspired you to attempt to jump from the Moon to the Earth?”
Remi Baudin smiled at the bevy of lights and digital recorders directed at him. The reporters were back on Earth, but the premier networks had paid to install their own recorders in the cramped lunar lander where Remi sat and flipped a coin that twirled end over end through a slow motion arc from the slight tug of lunar gravity.
His answer was rehearsed but his interview skills were sharp and it sounded genuine: “In this day and age we must look hard for new mountains to climb.”
